I don’t see what all the fuss is about. There are thousands of reviews of this “miracle” pencil that doesn’t smudge, budge, or flake. It is a good pencil, but it certainly doesn’t last all day.
The pencil has a smooth consistency that allows for an application that won’t tug at skin. Being a pencil, this application is not precise. If it’s the waterline that needs to be lined or a thick line along the lash – then preciseness is not essential. However, for a winged look or something requiring more control, it’s best to transfer the pencil to an angled brush or a brush specifically designed for precise application. Although it claims to smudge only a short time after application, in my experience, it smudges all day. Less so after drying, but smudges nevertheless if touched and fades throughout the day. On top of eyeshadows, it lasts longer. Zero, a matte black, is great for most looks.
I imagine that this would be a great eyeliner for those who like to line the waterline due to its soft texture that won’t damage delicate skin. It will also last longer on primed and powdered eyes. However, for those of us who want liner and nothing else, this is not the marvel it is claimed to be. Large selection of shades and finishes.
